Automotive Receptionist Duties Demonstrates a positive, friendly disposition with both customers and coworkers.
Schedules service appointments over the phone.
Greets customers and directs them to the appropriate department.
Communicates effectively and politely with all customers and coworkers.
Maintains a high level of customer service and professionalism in all aspects of position.
Answers a high-volume of calls with friendliness and professionalism and directs them to the appropriate department or person.
Uses the computer and office equipment as needed to perform a variety of tasks as instructed by the supervisor.
Maintains accurate files and call logs.
Makes deposits.
Works the service cash register.
Automotive Receptionist Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of reception or office experience or customer service Computer literate Must be able to multitask and follow directions Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Pass pre-employment testing such as background test and drug screen Dress Code Conservative Business Casual Hours Full time 40-hour week.
